Development of six new market strategies and toolbox for
‘FORCE Technology is a diversified, high-tech company. In our strategy process, we needed to develop market initiatives that through process, structure and strategy gathered the business areas into a larger cross-disciplinary community. At the same time, we trained our strategic competencies across the organization and developed our own go-to-market toolbox.
For two years, Jakob played a significant role in adapting known tools to our special reality with multiple disciplines and our purpose as GTS and acted as process consultant for the many working groups responsible for the development of the strategy. We are proud not only of the result – but especially the process of getting there’.
