Strategic direction
When Covid-19 hit the entire world, the global sales management at FOSS decided it was the right time to focus on acquiring new customers. We initiated a targeted effort on Customer Engagement, including a reinforced focus on acquiring new customers, and defined 4 sales activities aimed at securing a larger share of new-customer sales. 

'For the past 3 years, in FOSS's global sales management, we have closely collaborated with Jakob, where he has assisted us in developing the overall strategic direction as well as executing the 4 sales activities and embedding them globally. Jakob has impressively immersed himself in FOSS's customers, our sales processes, and our products. This has resulted in us achieving new-customer sales that are three times higher than targeted'.
